With a keen focus on utilising local produce wherever possible, the kitchen team work hard to source the best quality products ensuring they are as fresh as possible on a daily basis. Preferring to use local suppliers and also family companies, as this not only helps with the local community, it also keeps the carbon footprint to a minimum reducing unnecessary journeys. If the team do have to go further afield, they ensure all produce is British.
